Before you get your hopes up please note that in order for this to work we need to make sure you understand the following:
Here at Hygge Tents we pride ourselves on making this experience hassle-free and fun for everyone! That is why we ask that you fill out the survey before you schedule your event. This survey has all of the information we need to know so that we can make this a perfect day for you and everyone involved.
– you have to have a space prepped and ready for us, by prepped and ready we mean no pet waste, no large rocks/sticks, etc. This space must be large enough for a 16′ circle bell tent. PLEASE make sure you have the available space so that we can do our job.
-due to the tents being expensive we ask that any pets stay in your home when not supervised outside, pet(s) are not allowed inside of our tents, UNLESS you have paid the pet fee. this fee covers the cost of extra time and work going into cleaning pet hair out of our tents and everything inside them.
-if you or anyone in your party has food or chemical allergies PLEASE let us know so everyone can have a fun and breezy experience.
-if for some reason you need to cancel your booking please be aware that there is a cancelation fee. if you cancel within 72 hours you will get a full refund, if you cancel within 48 hours you will only get a 50% refund and finally if you cancel in under 24 hours there is no refund. we are sorry in advance for any inconvenience caused by this policy!
-please note that we will need to draw power from your home in order to run the projector! all of our lights are battery powered so this only applies to those who would like the movie add-on with their tent.
